In Whitehall’s Ward 2 there are three candidates running for the council seat which has forced a primary runoff on Tuesday May 6th. Those candidates are: David Coleman, Micole Spicer and Brian McCann. I have observed and spoken with all three candidates on different occasions and based on those conversations and observations, from my point of view as a fighter for Whitehall citizens these last 16 years, it is Brian McCann and David Coleman who I am compelled to back in the Primary here on May 6th. Here’s why:

While I’m not apprised of any of the three’s various positions outside of what they have or have not offered in public forums (although Brian McCann made an excellent small speech during poll public at a council meeting a couple weeks ago) I do know this: if you want someone to represent you, the citizens of Ward 2 as your voice on Council, I am confident it will be Brian and David who will best fill that role.

As I have stated before, the job of representing you the citizens on council requires first and foremost, an INDEPENDENCE of spirit, mind and benefaction, which is vital to using critical thinking skills for your benefit. It is my opinion that both Brian and David, whom I have full faith in regarding this independence, are the best candidates for that job.
