Here is Mayor Maggard’s budget for the City of Whitehall for 2016. There is much to look at and process so for now, I’ll allow you to do just that without my thoughts. In a few days I’ll have a couple things to say, as may you. Remember, this is your money they’re playing with, if its not being spent reasonably or wisely, you certianly have a right to speak up. SALARY CAPS

I am told that these ‘salary caps’ represent the amount that they could parse out to various employees/offices/appointees but that what has been appropriated (in the budget above) will probably be the actual numbers so, don’t let these anger you.
